Richard Tyler, and American Couturier was a master of tailoring. This floor length silk velvet double breasted coat gown with silk lapels, features a high side lit, revealing a royal purple lining. This can be worn as a dramatic duster or dress. Size 42, will fit sizes 2-6, size 8 on the more fitted side.
